The menu and restaurant is overseen by our Executive Head Chef, Damian Clisby. Since 2009, Damian has been at the helm at both The Noel Arms and Cotswold House Hotel, our sister property, also in Chipping Campden.
Damian oversees the excellent food and beverage offering in both hotels, including Juliana's fine dining at Cotswold House, the informal Hicks’ Brasserie, as well as the restaurant and coffee shop here at The Noel Arms.
Our policy is to bring you innovative menus using locally-sourced produce whenever possible - and with the Vale of Evesham on our doorstep, that's not a difficult challenge!
The kitchen here at the Noel is run by Indunil Upatissa, who is the holder of the Best Curry at the national British Pub Awards - an accolade he heartily deserves!
